A working multi-store web point-of-sale (POS) and ERP, built from scratch as a systems-design showcase.
01 · The opportunity
What it set out to solve
Multi-store retail is genuinely hard to run well. Stock sits in separate silos, transfers between locations are manual, and GST rules for consignment goods are fiddly to keep consistent in spreadsheets. We wanted to design what an ideal modern, central web POS and ERP could look like.
02 · The approach
How I thought about it
We treated it as a systems-design problem: what should an ideal POS and ERP feel like for a cashier, a store manager and a founder at once? We mapped the end-to-end retail workflow and built it as a central web app with clean roles and a live stock model.
03 · What I built
- Billing with multi-tender payments and 80mm receipt printing
- Customer capture on the bill, with returning-customer recognition and lifetime value
- GST margin scheme (Rule 32(5)) support for consignment stock
- Live stock-on-hand across multiple store and warehouse locations
- Sell-returns, credit notes and inter-location transfers
- Day-end reports and a consignment settlement view
- Role-based access for cashiers, managers and admins

A working web POS and ERP, verified end to end, proof of the operational systems we can design and build.

This one opens as a full point-of-sale app. Bill a few items and watch stock-on-hand deduct live, take a split payment, get a GST-compliant receipt with the CGST/SGST breakup, move stock in from the warehouse, then read the day-end report. It's your own sandbox, reset it whenever you like.
